FOOD & DRINKS

All food and drinks for your party are the responsibility of the hirer. Revolve Dance Studios does not provide food, drinks or catering.

You're welcome to bring your own food, snacks, drinks and birthday cake, subject to the following requirements:

PLEASE NOTE:

REVOLVE DANCE STUDIOS IS A STRICTLY NUT-FREE ENVIRONMENT.

For the safety of our dancers and guests, all food brought into the studio must be nut-free.

We also:

Do not provide food, drinks or catering
Do not have access to a fridge
Do not have access to an oven
Cannot heat or refrigerate food
Require all food to be ready to serve and suitable to be kept at room temperature
Allow birthday cakes to be brought into the studio
Do not permit flame candles — flameless candles only
Ask that the hirer provides all plates, cups, cutlery, serving utensils and other food-related items required for the party

Please take any leftover food, drinks, decorations and personal items with you when you leave.

FOOD & DRINKS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE HIRER

Revolve Dance Studios is providing the venue and entertainment — the hirer is responsible for organising and providing all food and drinks for their guests.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long is a Revolve Disco Party?

Our standard Disco Parties run for 90 minutes. The party includes approximately 15–20 minutes of games and activities, 45 minutes of disco time and 30 minutes for cake and celebrations.

How many guests can I invite?

Guest numbers depend on the package you choose. Please refer to our party packages for the maximum number of guests included in each option.

Is the studio private?

Yes! Your party has exclusive use of the studio for the duration of your booking. We only host one function at a time.

What age groups are the parties suitable for?

Our Disco Parties are designed for school-aged children. If you're unsure whether a Revolve Disco Party is suitable for your child's age group, get in touch and we'd be happy to chat with you.

Do parents need to stay?

Parents and carers are welcome to stay and enjoy the celebration. The hirer is not responsible for supervising any guests who are not participating in the organised party activities.

Do you provide food and drinks?

No. All food and drinks are the responsibility of the hirer. Revolve Dance Studios does not provide catering, food or drinks.

Can we bring our own food and cake?

Absolutely! You're welcome to bring your own food, snacks, drinks and birthday cake.

Please note that Revolve Dance Studios is a strictly nut-free environment, and all food brought into the studio must be nut-free.

Do you have a fridge or oven?

No. We do not have access to a fridge or oven, so all food must be ready to serve and suitable to remain at room temperature.

Can we have candles on the birthday cake?

Yes, but flame candles are not permitted. For safety reasons, only flameless candles may be used.

Do you provide plates, cups and cutlery?

No. The hirer is responsible for providing all plates, cups, cutlery, serving utensils and other items required for food and drinks.

Can we bring our own decorations?

Yes! You are welcome to bring your own decorations, subject to our venue guidelines.

If you need additional time to decorate or set up, Early Access can be added to your booking.

Can we arrive early to set up?

Your standard booking time includes the party itself. If you'd like additional time to set up food, decorations or other items, you can add Early Access to your booking.

Can we bring our own music?

Our party hosts take care of the music and entertainment during the organised disco portion of your party. If you have specific songs you'd like included, let us know when booking.

Who runs the party?

Your Revolve party will be hosted by members of our team, who will lead the games, activities and disco to keep the party moving and the kids entertained.

Do we need to clean up afterwards?

We ask that all personal belongings, leftover food, drinks and decorations are removed at the end of your booking. Our team will take care of the venue clean-up.

Can we bring our own entertainment?

Please speak to us before booking any external entertainment, activities or equipment so we can make sure they are suitable for the venue and your booking.
